    Our sales team is currently looking for a battle buddy who is ready to take on the job with enthusiasm and immerse themselves in the technical behind the scenes. We are looking for a passionate sales manager who is motivated to earn a high level of income with a proactive approach to business.

    What our coworker's workday consists of:

    - Possible hybrid schedule - in a cool comfortable office with coffee machine, gym or remotely

    - Sales and support of the company's services: negotiations with new and regular clients, presale of IT solutions, preparation of specifications and commercial proposals, preparation and coordination of TOR and contracts, closing of transactions.

    - The degree of automation of work is very high, so all processes are easy to manage and plan sales.

    - Building trusting long-term relationships with external as well as internal clients, the quality and speed of the service provided to the client depends on how the technical departments will work together

    - Often requires understanding and the ability to provide technical advice within the scope of the contract

    - Attentive and responsible work with databases, billing

    How we see a successful candidate:

    - Higher education (cool if technical)

    - Sales or project experience in a similar role, IT experience

    - Strong communication skills, good trainability, attentiveness, ability to work with a large amount of information, activity and focus on results

    - Desire to work and earn

    - Proactivity (this is what we value very much - a burning interest and the ability to make independent decisions, not afraid to take responsibility)
