Serv.Host discounts and promotions, except as specified in the affiliate program, do not apply to Serv.Host partners.
Your Serv.Host account cannot be a referrer or solicit referrals.
A server already existing in Serv.Host cannot be migrated to the reselling program. Also migration of servers between Serv.Host members is prohibited. Any attempts to "lure" existing Serv.Host clients to the reseller project are prohibited.
When advertising or seeking new customers, you may not mention Serv.Host, our website addresses or other related derivatives. You may not represent yourself as an employee of Serv.Host, only as a reseller.
It is strictly forbidden to advertise and provide services for illegal actions, to place resources prohibited by law on Serv.Host servers.
The sending of all types of spam is prohibited.
